Aunt Polly searches and cries for Tom Sawyer: She wants to confront her nephew about the missing jam. However, Tom can outrun his aunt and run away. But Aunt Polly loves him so much that she cannot be cruel to him. She's worried he's playing hockey that afternoon, and he's doing it.

In the afternoon, Tom meets a boy from St. Louis with whom he has an argument. At home that night, Tom's clothes were so soiled from the fight that Aunt Polly punished him by taking his freedom on the Sabbath and giving him the uncomfortable task of washing the fence.

On Saturday morning, Lost Tom begins his grueling task of whitewashing the fence, knowing full well that all his friends are playing in the village square. When he begins his mission, Jim Abdul Aunt Polly arrives and Tom tries to bribe him to help him, but Aunt Polly sends Jim to take care of her business. Suddenly Tom was terrified because one of his friends came and saw him at work on a Saturday morning. Tom claims that what he does is not work because he enjoys so much. Soon Ben wants to try and offers his apple to Tom. While Ben draws, other friends pass by and want to try their hand at this fun game as well. Each boy gives Tom some sort of reward for letting him wash something, and Tom ends up with his white painted fence and a small treasure trove of gifts.

After painting the fence, Tom walks into the yard and stops on the way to watch a very young girl move to another house down the street. He shows in front of her and pretends to ignore him. He is attracted to her and discovers that her name is Becky Thatcher. He joins his friends in games and entertainment where he is an army commander who defeats the opposing army. The next day, Sunday, he has to go to Sunday school bored, but finds ways to entertain himself.

After making many excuses for not going to school on Monday, he finally has to go. Along the way, he meets Huckleberry Finn, the town's drunken son. Huck never goes to school and is the envy of every boy for his complete freedom. Huck arranges to meet Tom that evening so they can bury a dead cat in the cemetery. At school, Tom is punished for being late to school and has to sit in the "girls section". This makes her happy, because the only free seat next to Becky Thatcher. He meets her at lunch and they swear allegiance.

In the middle of the night, Huck arrives and makes their way to the cemetery where they witness Dr. Meet Robinson, Injun Joe and Muff Potter who discover a recently buried body. An argument ensues, Muff loses consciousness and Injun Joe kills the doctor and places the murder weapon next to Muff. The terrified boys run away and swear to never reveal what they saw. The next day, the city was in turmoil (the school dropped out) and Injun identified Joe Muff Potter as the killer. Tom is afraid that Injun Jo will find out that he is a witness.

Tom and his friend Joe Harper and Huck Finn decide to become pirates. The three boys find a raft and camp on Jackson Island, where they enjoy a carefree life of fishing, swimming, smoking, exploring and playing. When a motorboat carried most of the locals Keys to town guns over the water, the boys realized they might have drowned. Tom sneaks into his house at night leaving Aunt Polly with a reassuring message that they are okay, but changes his mind when he learns services are being planned for the "deceased boys" if they are not found. 'Here Sunday.' The boys secretly attend funeral services, and everyone is delighted when the dead boys wander down the aisle.

Back in school, Tom finally wins Becky's heart when he is found guilty of one of his reckless actions and is heroically punished for his misdeeds.

In the Muff Potter Trial, it is widely believed that Muff Potter killed Doctor Robinson and is being executed. Although Tom Huck has vowed not to reveal what he saw, he cannot bear to see an innocent person hanged for a crime he did not commit. He bravely tells what really happened. Injun Joe escapes by jumping out the window on the second floor.

One day when Tom and Huck are looking for buried treasure, they explore an old abandoned house. When two men arrived, the boys were trapped upstairs. One man is Injun Joe in disguise. Criminals find a box of silver coins they had hidden and then accidentally discover a multitude of gold coins that longtime outlaws have buried. You decide to take the gold coins to Injun Joe's other hiding place. The frightened boys hear how Injun Jo plans a terrible vengeance before he leaves the country. The boys fear that they may be the target of his planned revenge, but are fortunate enough to narrowly avoid being discovered. The boys try to find a place in town that could be their other haven, but all they find in a sober bar is a room full of whiskey.

Several boys and girls entered the McDougall Cave during a trip for Becky Thatcher's birthday. Tom and Becky drift away from each other in search of privacy and are hopelessly lost.

Meanwhile, Huck follows Finn, who tries to uncover Ingon Joe's hiding place, the two men to Cardiff Hill, the home of Douglas' widow and a Welshman named Jones. He hides behind a bush and hears Injun tell Jo of his intentions to mutilate Widow Douglas because her husband, the judge, once publicly injured him. Huck rushes to inform Mr. Jones of the conspiracy and kicks off the Welshman and his wicked sons Ingon Jo and his gang. Huck is so scared that he becomes seriously ill, and Widow Douglas visits the Welchman's house and brings the homeless boy back to health.

At the same time we discover that Tom and Becky are missing; Not seen from the cave. He meets all the men available in the community and does a thorough inspection of the cave. Tom and Becky hear the search party voices from afar, but they are too weak to shout loud enough to be heard. At one point in their ordeal, Tom saw Anjun Joe in a nearby alley. After spending three days underground, Tom finds a way out of the cave. Then he and Becky drove back into town.

The two have been sick for a long time, but Tom is recovering faster than Becky. Tom also discovers that Judge Thatcher has completely blocked the second exit of the cave. Tom reveals that Injun Jo was in the cave. Despite Injun Joe's pain, Tom cannot allow a human to face the agony of hunger he and Becky have just experienced. The men return to the cave and find Injun Gu's body in the cave, where he tried unsuccessfully to pave his way with a knife.

Later, Tom and Huck return to the cave and look for Injun Jo's treasure. After many false starts and using various clues, they found almost $ 12,000 in gold coins. This money is invested for them while they are rich. The widow takes Douglas Huck home with her to educate and train him in the ways of civilization. Huck finds the education, not the curse and all the other things connected with civilization completely unbearable and runs away. He eventually agreed to try a civilized life again if he could join Tom's gang of thieves.
