Demonstrative pronouns (this, this, these, these) indicate and define a noun or a pronoun. In classical Arabic, the demonstrative pronoun precedes the noun it refers to; In slang, it follows the noun. Although it contains specific words for "it" and "those" (as opposed to "this" and "these"), Ameh does not.
